Diagnostic Fee & Warranty
- Professional diagnostic evaluation is $25. The fee is waived when you approve the repair.
- If a repair isn’t possible or you decline service, the $25 covers labor spent testing and disassembly.
- Every completed repair includes a 30-day workmanship warranty covering parts installed and labor performed.
- We provide a written receipt detailing parts, serial identifiers (when available), and warranty expiration.
Mobile Service Fees
- $35 dispatch covers travel, setup, and protective mats. Waived when we service 3+ devices at one visit.
- Extended travel (12+ miles) or parking fees are billed at cost, quoted before dispatch.
- After-hours or emergency requests carry a $75–$125 concierge surcharge when a technician is available.
- Bulk repairs can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly with custom rates for business accounts.

Warranty Coverage Included
Every completed repair comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the part we install fails due to workmanship or manufacturer defect within that window, labor is on us to make it right.
Accidental damage after pickup (drops, liquid, impact) isn’t covered, but we’ll evaluate and quote discounted rework whenever possible. Ask about accessory bundles that add extended protection or complimentary re-glass within 90 days.

What if you find something else wrong?
We pause, explain what changed, and get your approval before additional repairs. If you decline, you only pay the $25 diagnostic fee.
Do you price match?
If you have a written quote from another licensed shop in DeKalb County, show us—we’ll discuss matching when the part quality and warranty are equivalent.
Are parts OEM?
We use OEM-grade parts when available and premium-tested aftermarket components otherwise. We’ll tell you which option your device qualifies for and why.
Do you require deposits?
Walk-in repairs are paid at completion. Special-order parts or bulk business repairs may require a 25% deposit, always noted on your estimate.
