Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome. Calling or texting ahead lets us confirm parts availability and reserve a bench, so you’re not waiting while we prep. Same-day service is best when you arrive before 5 PM (3 PM on Sundays/Mondays).

How fast can you fix a cracked screen or dead battery?

Most iPhone, Samsung, and Pixel screens wrap in 30–45 minutes. Batteries, ports, and speakers average 30–60 minutes. Tablet glass or special-order parts may need same- or next-day pickup—we’ll quote it before you leave the counter.

What if you discover more damage after opening my phone?

If we find hidden frame bends, liquid corrosion, or missing screws, we pause the job, show you photos, and get approval before adding any costs. If you decline additional work, you only pay the $25 diagnostic.

How do I know if a battery swap will help?

Common signs include sudden shutdowns above 10%, the battery percentage jumping around, or your phone feeling hot while charging. We run a quick capacity test during intake so you can decide if the swap is worth it.

Can I get a quote before dropping my device off?

Yes—check our pricing page for starting costs by device. Text us the model and issue, and we’ll confirm the exact total (parts + labor + tax) before you head over.

What factors affect the final repair price?

Pricing depends on device generation (LCD vs. OLED), the quality tier of parts available (OEM-grade vs. premium aftermarket), bundled services (screen + battery), and rush or after-hours requests. We lock in the final cost on your written estimate before you sign off.

What does the $25 diagnostic include?

The diagnostic covers disassembly, component testing, and a written quote. Approve the repair and we apply the fee to your total. Decline, and the $25 covers the technician’s time so you still leave with answers.

What exactly does the 30-day warranty cover?

It covers workmanship and the part we installed. If a new screen glitches or a replacement port stops charging because of part failure, we redo it at no additional labor cost. New drops, cracks, or liquid exposure aren’t covered, but we quote discounted rework whenever possible. See full warranty details.

Do you use OEM parts?

We stock OEM-grade components when manufacturers release them. If the OEM part isn’t available, we use premium-tested aftermarket parts and show you the difference in price and performance before you choose.

Is my data safe while you’re repairing my device?

Yes. Screen, battery, port, and speaker repairs rarely require touching your data. For jobs that do, such as data recovery or board diagnostics, we ask for written permission. Backups are still recommended any time you bring a device in.

Do I get my passcode back, and will you test everything?

We test all repairs before hand-off. If a passcode is required, we ask you to unlock the device or enter it yourself at the counter so we can complete post-repair diagnostics and Face ID/Touch ID calibration.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major cards, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless tap-to-pay. Business accounts can request invoicing for bulk work. Need financing? We can discuss layaway or device trade-ins on a case-by-case basis.

What kind of repairs can you handle on-site?

Screen, back glass, battery, charging ports, speakers, cameras, and setup support that wrap within 20–30 minutes per device. Heavy liquid damage or board-level work is routed to the shop. Our van is stocked like a mini bench so we can work curbside safely.

How far in advance do I need to book?
