Dispatch & Visit Fees

  • Designed for quick-turn repairs (roughly 20–30 minutes per device). Longer board work is scheduled at the repair lounge.
  • $35 dispatch fee covers travel, setup, and protective matting.
  • Fee is waived when servicing three or more devices on the same appointment.
  • Extended travel (beyond ~12 miles) quoted individually based on distance and traffic.
  • After-hours or emergency dispatch may include an accelerated service surcharge ($75–$125 typical) when a tech is available.

Scheduling Windows

  • Same-day slots for public venues & business accounts when requested by 2 PM.
  • Residential visits require 24-hour notice so we can prep parts and route techs.
  • Weekend and evening concierge appointments offered on a first-come basis.
  • Recurring maintenance visits available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for business clients.

What can you repair on-site?

Mobile visits cover quick-turn jobs we can finish in about 20–30 minutes per device—screen and back glass swaps, batteries, charging ports, speakers, buttons, camera modules, and setup support. Our van doubles as a mini repair lab with power, lighting, and mats, so we can work curbside without interrupting your space. Anything that needs deeper diagnostics, liquid damage teardown, or board-level repair is scheduled back at the Decatur repair lounge.

Do I need to prep anything?

Choose a well-lit, flat workspace (counter, break room table, reception area). We bring protective mats and will tidy up after. For multi-device visits, staging devices in one area speeds things up.

How do payments work?

We accept cards, tap-to-pay, cash, and business invoices. Dispatch fees and repairs are collected once the job is complete. Need a PO? Let us know beforehand so we can prepare paperwork.

What if it turns out to be more complex?

If the issue can’t be solved inside the 20–30 minute window—like heavy liquid damage, data recovery, or board-level faults—we’ll book you into the repair lounge (or refer to our solder partner). The dispatch fee still applies, but you won’t be charged for mobile labor we didn’t complete.

Can you help during events or pop-ups?

Absolutely. We support pop-up markets, tournaments, and productions with stand-by technicians and rapid onsite repairs. Share your schedule and we’ll tailor a support plan.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancel more than 2 hours ahead and there’s no charge. Same-day cancellations within 2 hours of arrival, or no-shows, incur the $35 dispatch fee so we can compensate the tech for travel time.
